With this form you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal: the right to cancel your online purchase without giving a reason. At Craftiverse you have 30 days to reconsider — more generous than the legally required 14 days. The cooling-off period starts the day after you receive your order. This online feature is separate from, and does not replace, your ordinary statutory withdrawal options.

2. Receive your confirmation

You'll get an instant confirmation on screen and by email, with the return address and return instructions.

3. Send the products back

Return the products to our return address within 14 days of your notice. Return shipping is at your own expense.

4. Get your money back

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you within 14 days, including your order's standard shipping costs.
