With a polymer clay kit, children sculpt their own little animals, mini snacks, figures and keyrings. Polymer clay is oven-bake clay: it hardens not in the air but in a regular electric oven. So you can make creations to keep, give as gifts or hang on your bag.
The Craftiverse Polymer Clay Kit contains 82 colours of clay, a work mat, an acrylic roller, sculpting tools and keyring parts in a storage box with handle. The clay is tested to the European toy safety standard EN71 and the kit is recommended from age 8; an adult does the baking. For inspiration, the Craftiverse Academy has a free idea book (PDF) with ideas from very easy to a bit trickier; the book is in Dutch, with a picture for every step.

Everything about polymer clay kits
Polymer clay is oven-bake clay. You sculpt with it just like ordinary clay, but it doesn't dry in the air: it hardens in a regular electric oven. So your creations stay sturdy and you can keep them.
Preheat a regular electric oven to 110–130 °C, never above 130 °C. Allow 10–15 minutes per 6 mm of thickness and bake on baking paper, a ceramic tile or aluminium foil. Let the creations cool slowly, not in cold water. Don't use an air fryer and never a microwave; an adult does the baking.
Our polymer clay kit is recommended from age 8, with adult supervision. It is not suitable for children under 3, as it contains small parts.
Just a regular electric oven, plus baking paper, a ceramic tile or aluminium foil to bake on. These are not included.
