30-day cooling-off period
At Craftiverse you get a 30-day cooling-off period — more generous than the statutory 14 days. You may return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. The period starts the day after you receive the product.
Want to undo your purchase? You can arrange it in a few clicks via our online cancellation page. No account needed. Notify us of your cancellation within the 30-day period; you then have another 14 days to return the product.
How to return
- Step 1. Notify us of your cancellation via the cancellation page, or email support@craftiverse.nl with your order number and what you'd like to return.
- Step 2. You'll receive an immediate confirmation with the return instructions and the returns address.
- Step 3. Pack the product well, ideally in the original packaging, and return it within 14 days of your notice to the returns address.
- Step 4. Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you.

Return conditions
During the cooling-off period, handle the product and packaging with care. You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop. Craft kits whose consumables (such as paint, glitter or clay) have already been used cannot, unfortunately, be taken back. If the product is damaged through careless handling, we may offset the loss of value against your refund.
Return costs
The cost of returning is at your own expense, unless we agree otherwise beforehand or the product was faulty. Did your order arrive faulty, damaged or incomplete? Then we'll resolve it free of charge — see warranty.
Refund
We refund the purchase amount, including the standard shipping costs of your order, within 14 days of your cancellation notice, provided we've received the product back or you've shown that you've returned it. The refund goes via the same payment method you used.

Prefer to use the official model form? You always can — you'll find it on our model withdrawal form page. Using it isn't mandatory: our online cancellation page is faster.
Product broken or wrong item received?
Did your order arrive damaged or did you receive the wrong product? Report it via our warranty page or email a photo to support@craftiverse.nl. We'll resolve it free of charge.
