Craftiverse (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy and processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy explains which data we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

2. Which data do we process?
Depending on how you use us, we process the following data:
- Order details: name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number and order history.
- Payment details: processed by our payment providers (Shopify Payments and Mollie). We do not store full payment details.
- Newsletter: your email address if you sign up for the Craftiverse Club.
- Contact: the details you send us via email or the contact form.
- Website use: technical data and, with your consent, analytics and marketing data (see our cookie policy).
3. Why do we process your data?
- To process and deliver your order and to serve you.
- To answer your questions via email or the contact form.
- To send you our newsletter, if you've consented to it.
- To comply with legal obligations, such as our records.
- To improve our website (with your consent, via analytics).
- To measure what visits via Pinterest and our ads on Pinterest achieve (with your consent, via the Pinterest tag).
4. Who do we share data with?
We only share your data with parties needed to deliver our service, such as our webshop and payment provider (Shopify, Mollie), our delivery partner and our email provider. We conclude data processing agreements with these parties. We never sell your data to third parties.
If you allow marketing cookies, Pinterest Europe Ltd. (Ireland) receives data about your visit to our website and, when you go to checkout and when you place an order, the amount, the products and your email address (in hashed form only). You can read more about this in our cookie policy.
Customer photos ("Share your creation"). If you share a photo of your creation via our website, we store the photo, the kit, your consent choices and (if you fill them in) your first name, email address and message. We do so on the basis of your consent, in secured storage from Vercel in the EU (Frankfurt). We only use the photo in the places you ticked (website, social media, email, ads) and don't publish photos with recognisable faces of children. Photos we don't use are deleted; photos that haven't been reviewed are deleted after 90 days at the latest. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing your submission code to info@craftiverse.nl; we'll then remove the photo everywhere.
5. How long do we keep data?
We don't keep your data longer than necessary. Order details are kept for seven years due to our statutory record-keeping obligation. Your newsletter email address is kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data;
- have your data corrected or erased;
- withdraw your consent;
- object to the processing;
- lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

7. Security
