2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Craftiverse and to every agreement concluded between Craftiverse and you as a consumer.
3. The offer
All products are described as completely and accurately as possible. Images are a true representation; small differences in colour or design are possible. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on Craftiverse.
4. The agreement
The agreement is concluded the moment you place your order and we confirm it by email. You'll receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is made via the secure checkout with, among others, iDEAL, credit card and other payment methods offered. Shipping costs are shown clearly before you complete your order.
6. Delivery
We ship to the Netherlands (€ 4.95) and Belgium (€ 6.95). On orders from € 29.95, shipping is free. Order before 23:00 on weekdays and we ship your order the same day; delivery then usually takes 1 to 2 working days. Stated shipping and delivery times are indicative and apply on working days (so not at the weekend or on public holidays).
7. Right of withdrawal (30-day cooling-off period)
You have the right to cancel the agreement without giving a reason. The statutory cooling-off period is at least 14 days; Craftiverse voluntarily offers you a more generous period of 30 days. It starts the day after you (or a third party designated by you) receive the product. The right of withdrawal applies to our entire range; the statutory exceptions (such as bespoke products or those sealed for hygiene reasons) do not apply to our craft kits.
During the cooling-off period, handle the product and packaging with care. You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop. If you use the product beyond that, you may be liable for the loss of value.

This returns address is our fulfilment centre's address, not our visiting address. The cost of returning is at your expense, unless stated otherwise. Read more in our returns policy.
8. Refund
On withdrawal we refund the full purchase amount, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of your notice, provided we've received the product back or you've shown that you've returned it. We refund via the same payment method you used.
9. Warranty and conformity
Our products meet the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer and the legal requirements, including the European toy safety standard EN71. You're entitled to the statutory warranty (conformity): a product must do what you may reasonably expect of it. There's no fixed warranty term — what matters is the lifespan you may reasonably expect given the nature and price of the product. For customers in the Netherlands, a defect that comes to light within one year of delivery is presumed to have been present at delivery; for customers in Belgium a two-year statutory warranty applies. 10. Complaints
Have a complaint about a product or our service? Get in touch at support@craftiverse.nl. We'll respond as quickly as possible and look for a solution together with you. If we can't resolve it, you can submit your complaint via the European ODR platform.
11. Governing law
Agreements with Craftiverse are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
