What you need
Clay in these colours
- Dark green
- Light green
- Black
- Pink
- Sculpting tools from the kit
- An electric oven and baking paper. An adult does the baking.
Step by step
Roll a dark green ball and press the bottom flat for the shell.
Roll a small dark green sausage and press it around the bottom as a rim.
Make flat light green circles and press them onto the shell.
Make four thick light green legs and press them in place under the rim.
Roll a light green ball and press it against the front as the head.
Press black eyes, a black mouth and pink cheeks onto the head. Done!
Tip
Press the parts firmly in place so they don’t break off after baking.
An adult does the baking
- 110–130 °C, never higher
- 10–15 minutes per 6 mm of thickness
- Electric oven only
