What you need

- An electric oven and baking paper. An adult does the baking.
Step by step
Roll a red ball for the apple.
Use your thumb to press a small hollow into the top.
Roll a brown stalk. Press a green teardrop flat and scratch a line into it.
Press the stalk into the hollow, and the leaf next to it.
Roll two small black balls and two tiny white balls for the eyes.
Press the eyes on and press a white dot onto each eye.
Roll two small pink balls for the cheeks and a thin black strand.
Press on the cheeks, and the strand as a smiling mouth. Done!
Tip
Don’t make the hollow too deep, so your apple stays nice and round.
An adult does the baking
- 110–130 °C, never higher
- 10–15 minutes per 6 mm of thickness
- Electric oven only
