How to make a polymer clay gingerbread man

What you need
Clay in these colours
- Light brown
- White
- Red
- Black
- Sculpting tools from the kit
- An electric oven and baking paper. An adult does the baking.
Step by step

Roll a light brown ball for the head and a bigger one for the body.

Press both balls flat and make the body slightly oval.

Press the head in place against the top of the body.

Roll four short sausages for the arms and legs.

Press the arms and legs on flat and smooth over the joins.

Roll thin white strands and press them onto the hands and feet in wavy lines.

Press two red buttons onto the belly.

Press two black eyes and a white smile in place. Done!
Tip
Make all the parts the same thickness, so he bakes evenly.
An adult does the baking
- 110–130 °C, never higher
- 10–15 minutes per 6 mm of thickness
- Electric oven only
