How to make a polymer clay flying saucer

What you need
Clay in these colours
- Purple
- Light blue
- Yellow
- Sculpting tools from the kit
- An electric oven and baking paper. An adult does the baking.
Step by step

Roll a purple ball.

Press the ball flat into a saucer with thin edges.

Roll a light blue ball for the dome.

Press the dome onto the top of the saucer.

Roll four small yellow balls for the lights.

Press the lights flat onto the edge.

Roll three short, thick purple legs.

Press the legs in place under the saucer. Done!
Tip
Make the edge thin with your thumb and index finger, all the way round.
An adult does the baking
- 110–130 °C, never higher
- 10–15 minutes per 6 mm of thickness
- Electric oven only
