What you need

Clay in these colours

  • Light brown
  • Red
  • Light yellow
  • Black
  • Light green
  • Sculpting tools from the kit
  • An electric oven and baking paper. An adult does the baking.

Step by step

  1. Roll a light brown ball and press it flat into a triangle.

  2. Roll a thick light brown sausage and press it on along the wide side.

  3. Roll out red clay thinly, lay it on the base and trim the edge.

  4. Roll out light yellow clay thinly and lay it on the sauce as cheese.

  5. Roll four small red balls and press them flat for the pepperoni.

  6. Press three pepperoni slices on, spread out over the cheese.

  7. Make three small black discs, poke a small hole in each and roll five small light green balls.

  8. Press the last pepperoni slice, the olives and the green pepper onto the pizza. Done!

Tip

Make the cheese slightly smaller than the sauce so a little red edge stays visible.
